Pluto VS Plewtoh

Posted by on

Don’t be confused! They’re pronounced the same, but one is an object in space and the other is the next big thing.

Pluto

Is it a planet? Don’t be a Jerry. The answer is still no. It never was, and it never will be. In 2006 the world redefined what constitutes a planet, and Pluto didn’t make the cut due primarily to its small size. But don’t be sad about it! What we as a tiny spec in space choose to label something we barely understand doesn’t make it any less awesome.

Plewtoh

We’re an Australian company with a mission to change the way you charge. Pioneering the technological advancement which is wireless charging technology, we want to provide humans with the best chargers on the market.

Pluto

It’s really far away. At its furthest, it is 7.5 BILLION kilometers from Earth. There’s really no way for you to fathom just how far that is, but this website provides some great perspective and witty humor.

Plewtoh

Created by one person with one vision. The vision of a future where all electronic devices take advantage of wireless technology and receive their power through electromagnetic fields which emit from a power source producing a resonant frequency. We know it sounds far fetched, but this is the direction we’re heading in as a modern civilisation.

Pluto

So it’s allllll the way out there, but it’s not alone. Pluto is actually apart of the Kupier Belt, which is essentially a cluster of all the unused rock and ice following the formation of our solar system. The photo below provides a good depiction of the Kupier Belt (the blue dots) and it’s circumferential positioning around the sun (big yellow dot). So technically speaking Pluto is a big boy amongst its neighboring Kuiper Belt Objects.

We’re currently providing the most advanced charging solutions for your handheld devices. But as more devices and appliances in our lives continue to innovate and adopt Qi Wireless technology, the range of our charging products will grow to meet the new needs of people.

Pluto

It is freezing. At -223 degrees celsius the surface is made up of ice and rock. That sounds lame, but the surface itself is quite eccentric in its formation. We recently discovered that Pluto features mountainous ranges equivalent in size to the Rocky’s here on Earth. On top of that, they have giant ice shards the size of skyscrapers that stick out of the surface in rows of hundreds. Pluto even appears to have once had volcanic activity, but instead of molten lava, they would spert water.

Plewtoh

Our flagship product is The Plewtoh Wireless Car Charger, designed to keep you safe on the road and charged on the go.

Pluto

Pluto got its name from an eleven year old girl from England after she suggested it to her Grandfather. She was interested in Greek Mythology and thought Pluto - God of the Underworld suited the distant planet. Epic.

Here are our three core values:

Keep it 100 - In all aspects of life, especially the battery of your phone.

Commit to Deliver - When we make a commitment, we deliver. No matter what.

Earth First - There has never been a more critical time in the history of humanity where we need to put the wellbeing of Earth above all else. That’s why Earth comes first.

Pluto

It takes Pluto 248 Earth years to orbit around the sun.

Pluto

We already acknowledged Plewtoh is small, but here is a picture which exhibits just how small it is relative to Earth. About 18% of the Earths diameter.

Pluto 18% smaller than Earth

We have very high aspirations for our now small Australian company. We want to go global. WE WANT TO GO INTERSTELLAR!! No but really, we think what we have could improve the lives of everybody.
